Administration covers a variety of roles, from Admin Officer to Personal Assistant. Depending on your area of expertise, work in the Admin team might entail reception duties, preparing board reports, organising executive travel or issuing stationery orders.

Business Development

Our Business Development team likes to think ahead - we're always on the lookout for Business Analysts with the skills to recognise opportunities and provide iiNet with creative strategies to attack them.

Falling under the Finance department.s banner, the Business Development team's key goal is to keep iiNet well positioned to meet long term commercial and financial objectives.

Customer Service

Our ITS team are responsible for keeping iiNet's internal staff network engine running. Looking after company desktops, laptops, servers, telephony and any other network resources employees can access, ITS are the go-to guys if our staff need a technical hand.

ITS includes positions like Voice, Systems and Network Engineers, as well as IT Officers - so if you're a little more than just computer savvy, this might be your niche.

Learning & Development

Our Learning and Development team give our staff a leg-up to reach their career goals. A career in this team will see you becoming heavily involved in bringing new staff up to speed and helping existing staff with training opportunities.
